We use a number of different SCADA systems and have developed our own bespoke system which saves cost on licensing. We can adapt to your needs if you currently use a specific system.
Traceability and ERP/MES integration
We have successfully integrated our machines to both pull data from multiple companies production database systems to check product history and to upload data for the next process. This has been achieved on multiple different third party systems through use of an integration layer in our software to adapt to the customer requirements.
